UNLOCKING OF
SUITE DOOR
Kindly ensure that the person
in charge of the suite on the
day of the event, is in
possession of your Timber
door key as well as the
glass door key
prior to guests arriving,
as SMSA staff members
are not permitted to
unlock suite doors on behalf
of suite owners.

suites for cleaning purposes
Guests Behaviour
Please be advised, rowdy or
unruly behaviour will not be permitted in the suite. Guests
found to be disruptive in any manner, will be asked to vacate
the facility which will be
locked immediately.
SUITE CLOSURE
AND
ENERGY SAVING
Kindly ensure that your suites
are closed no later than
1 hour after the event.
It is imperative that you
ensure that all your doors
are locked, and air conditioners, fridges and lights are unplugged and the main Control on the
DB Board is switched off to avoid fines.
GENERAL NOTES
No banners or advertising
materials outside the suite
and on walkways will be permitted.
